Razanosa is an online store selling curated authentic products for delivery within Egypt. Prices are in Egyptian pounds.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the store and place orders. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement.

You may shop as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for login security and for the information you provide.

Do not misuse the site, attempt fraud, scrape at scale, or submit illegal content. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear abusive or high-risk.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse. The price charged is the price shown at checkout. Photos may vary slightly by device.

Available payment methods (such as cash on delivery with deposit or full transfer via wallets or other options shown at checkout) are controlled by our settings. Card may appear soon. Follow on-screen instructions for transfers and proof of payment when required.

Delivery is within Egypt only. Fees, processing times, and return rules are described on Shipping and Returns & refunds. Free shipping may apply when chosen as an order gift if the program is enabled.

The Razanosa mark, site design, and curated copy belong to Razanosa. Do not copy them without permission. Product trademarks belong to their owners.

The site and products are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. Product experience is personal; wear and performance may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Razanosa’s liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amounts you paid for that order. Some regimes disallow certain limits — where they apply, our liability is limited only to the maximum the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes are handled before Egyptian courts subject to mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these terms. Continued use after publication means acceptance.
