Shipping regions
Shipping is within Egypt only. International shipping is not available currently.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared and handed to the courier within up to 6 business days after payment confirmation (or as shown for your order). Holidays may extend timing.
Shipping fees
Fees are calculated by governorate and shown at checkout before you complete the order. If you choose free shipping as an order gift (when the program is enabled), shipping is free for that order.
Order gifts and free shipping
Free-shipping gifts appear only when the program is enabled in settings.
Cash on delivery
When cash on delivery with deposit is offered, a deposit may be required before dispatch. Deposit amount follows payment settings (for example a percent of the amount due). The balance is collected on delivery when applicable.
Delivery estimates
Transit times vary by location and courier. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, courier capacity, or circumstances beyond our control.
Receiving your order
Inspect the outer packaging with the courier before accepting. Prefer not to open the shipment before confirming receipt. Accepting the parcel confirms the outer packaging appeared intact at delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available we share it via order confirmation or support. Contact WhatsApp if tracking has not moved for several business days.
Delays and liability
We are not responsible for courier delays, an incorrect address you provided, or force majeure. Keep your phone available for delivery attempts.
